SSOLES size chart

SSOLES slide over the outside of a cleat, so what matters is how long the cleat is — not your child's foot, and not the size on the box. Two size 10s from different brands can differ by more than a centimetre.

* E–I sit below the smallest adult shoe most brands carry (roughly women's 4 / men's 3.5) and are kids-only sizes. J and K land right at that boundary — their adult equivalents are estimated by extending SSOLES' own size progression, since shoe-size standards vary by brand. Confirm against a sample pair before listing them as exact fits.

How to measure

Stand the cleat on its side with the heel square against a wall, lay a ruler flat along the floor, and read the number at the furthest point of the toe. Measure the outside of the shoe, not the insole, and use the larger foot if they differ.

Reading the kids column

C is toddler and little kid, Y is big kid. The scale restarts, so a 1Y is larger than a 13C. Kids and adult sizes overlap between 4Y and men's 8 — that's normal, not an error.

Will SSOLES fit my cleats?

The shell slips on over most molded and metal cleats like a shoe. Fit is based on your cleat's actual length, not your shoe size — use Find Your Fit on the homepage or the full size guide to check.

What sports can I use them with?

Soccer, football, baseball, lacrosse, and any other cleated sport. The shell and outsole aren't sport-specific.

Will it actually protect my floors and car seats?

Yes — the shell fully seals the studs inside it, and the flat rubber outsole is what touches the ground, not the cleats.

Can I walk and run in them, not just stand around?

Yes — that's the point. The outsole is built for everyday walking, jogging, and driving, not just standing off to the side in your cleats.

Can I wear them indoors?

Yes — the outsole is designed to grip tile and hardwood as well as pavement. As with any shoe, take it slow on wet or freshly-mopped floors.

Are they waterproof?

SSOLES isn't marketed as waterproof. Treat it like you would any other shoe in the rain.

How durable are they?

SSOLES is built with a reinforced shell and outsole meant to hold up over a full season of use. We're not publishing specific wear-test numbers until we've completed formal testing.

How do I clean them?

Wipe down with a damp cloth and let them air dry. We don't recommend machine washing.

What if my size doesn't fit right?

We're finalizing our exchange policy ahead of launch — email service@ssoles.com and we'll take care of you. If your cleat is a 2E or wider, reach out before ordering since width isn't captured by length alone.

When can I actually buy a pair?
